General Refund Policy

Digital Products
For digital products (e-books, templates, asset packs, etc.):
- Eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective or doesn't function as described
- Not eligible for refund if you simply change your mind or no longer need the product
- Not eligible for refund once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed
Online Courses
For online courses and educational content:
- Eligible for full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course content
- Eligible for partial refund (proportional to unused content) within 14 days if you're unsatisfied with the course quality
- Not eligible for refund after 14 days or if you've accessed more than 50% of the course content
Consultations and Coaching Services
For one-on-one consultations and coaching services:
- Eligible for full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
- Eligible for rescheduling (but not refund) if cancelled between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session
- Not eligible for refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session
- Eligible for partial refund if the consultant fails to deliver the agreed-upon services
Event Tickets
For tickets to workshops, conferences, and other events:
- Eligible for full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the event
- Eligible for 50% refund if cancelled between 7-14 days before the event
- Not eligible for refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the event
- Eligible for full refund if the event is cancelled by GameDev France
- Ticket transfers to another person are allowed at no additional cost
Subscriptions
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for partial refund within the first 30 days, calculated based on the remaining unused period
- No refunds for annual subscriptions after the first 30 days
Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Your request must be made within the timeframes specified in this policy
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
- For digital products claimed to be defective, you must provide clear evidence of the defect or issue
- For services, you must explain how the service failed to meet the advertised specifications
- You must not have violated our Terms and Conditions in relation to the purchased product or service
